Shipping Policy

We currently deliver across the UK and ship in most European countries. But if we don’t ship to your country yet, don't worry, we are constantly expanding our shipping locations and we will let you know when we do. If you are extremely passionate about our product, we will always try and ship to you wherever you are in the world, but the cost of shipping will be higher.​

In Mainland UK, we offer two types of delivery options. Standard delivery usually arrives within 3-5 working day (if ordered before 12 pm), but in some cases, it can take slightly longer. First-class delivery usually gets delivered to your door the very next day, if ordered before 12 pm. Please note orders made on a Friday will arrive on a Monday.

 

For Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Scottish Isles, shipping may cost more and take longer than Mainland UK orders.

Return & Exchange Policy

It's okay if you change your mind. You can return your order if the bottles are unopened, sealed and sent back within 14 days of your initial order. If the goods are re-sellable we will refund you accordingly but will not be able to refund shipping costs.

 

Our returns and exchange policy is 14 days. We are able to refund or exchange faulty or damaged goods within this period of time. Due to health & safety laws, we cannot accept any goods that have been opened.
